Maud is absolutely fantastic. She took a lot of time explaining the different treatments to determine the best treatment for my skin. there is an option for everyone in their different stages of aging. The treatment was amazing and relaxing. The room is well equipped, warm and cozy. The technician was great! Kind of disappointed with the results. All the before and after photos shows the effect of “immediate results” but in fact should have a disclaimer *** yes the treatment works best with 4 or more treatments for best results costing more.

I had the Lumecca treatment today with Lily and Moud, and the service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Both ladies made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Amazing, I had skin needling done. What an experience form start to finish totally professional. Had an in depth consultation on what to do before having the treatment, which took place a few weeks before I started the needling. I myself have very dry skin and aging as I'm 59 so i needed to prep my skin with particular product before i started. I was informed as to what to expect during and after the treatment and was made very aware of what my role would be after my treatments for the best out come for me. Katrina 10/10

Lilli is beyond amazing I don't actually have the words to compliment her enough. I came to her after letting myself go for over 5 years and having a baby. When I first came to her I had few months to go before an important trip where I needed to feel good about myself. I actually feel like a whole new person. Every time I leave I feel amazing. She is so kind and lovely and her work is incredible. I've had skin treatments and botox and filler. I've never felt so at ease in someone's hands. I feel she genuinely cares about my results and isn't trying to push things that aren't needed. ❤️
