‏أول مرة ‏بتعامل مع مدام آلاء وكانت أحلى تجربة بالنسبة الي بصالون. ما لقيت مثل تعاملها فرفوشة ولطيفة جدا، أنا أول مرة جيت لعندها من أسبوع قلت لها انه بدي اصبغ شعري ما خليتني لانه شعري كان كتير تعبان بالعكس عملتلي Treatment ليعالجه ووعدتني انو بعد أسبوع من الTreatment بقدر اصبغ وفعلا بعد اسبوع رحت لعندها و صبغت لي إياه اللون اللي أنا بدي ياه هايلايت مع تفتيح لون لشعري وطلع مثل ما أنا كان بدي ياه وأحلى بكثير. عنجد ايديها بتنلف بحرير ما لقيت متل تعاملها ومتل شغلها.

Had the best experience at Polished Spa on my birthday! I went in for a hair treatment, blow-dry, hair trim, and pedicure, and everything was so relaxing. The staff were so sweet and made me feel really taken care of. But what made it extra special was the surprise—they brought out a birthday cake and sang for me! It was the cutest thing ever, and I genuinely didn’t expect it. The whole vibe was just so warm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy. Huge thank you to the amazing team at Polished Spa for making my day so special ✨ Can’t wait to be back!

Had an amazing experience here with the aromatherapy massage. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. My therapist was great, so caring and considerate, the treatment itself was fantastic. Came out of the spa feeling totally relaxed. Can't wait to come back for another treament.

Alaa is amazing! I’ve been doing the hair growth booster treatment with her and she’s truly the best. She’s gentle, knowledgeable, and always pays attention to the smallest details. I’ve already noticed a difference in my hair, and the whole experience with her is always so relaxing. Highly recommend!

Luna’s facial is amazing. I highly recommend her facial treatments.

Alaa was extremely professional, classy and kind. I’ve been in the country for the past 35yrs and to see this level of attention to details, hair washing was an amazing experience with no water all over my ears, the way she’s asking for my comfort, the way she suggested hair treatments and enhancing the hair cut I asked for according to my face shape. She is indeed talented with full future more potentials.

Best treatment and all rounder good at all the salon services. Very good and talented staff too!
