You can tell Simmy genuinely cares for her clients and acts in a consultative way, suggesting treatments that are best suited to individual needs rather than taking a Sales-like approach. Amanda is such a talented nail artist - whether I have an exact idea and come to her with a handful of screenshots or just have a vague vibe in mind, she always creates art on my nails. Honestly can't speak more highly of Simmy/ Makeup and Beauty Bar! I've been getting lash lifts here for 2 years and always get beautiful results. I feel so much better about myself once i've left the salon. The website is the best i've seen from any salon, Simmy has obviously spent much time explaining the procedures she offers in detail which is really appreciated. This was my first time doing buccal massage and was it a great experience for me. That coupled with the gua sha and overall facial, this was one of the best experiences ever!

Sarah was clearly very talented in her craft, felt welcome immediately , listened to my inspo and how I wanted my make up throughout and it was spot on. Highly recommend, make up didn’t move an inch all day & night.

Sammy was lovely, she explained everything in detail about getting lash extensions and the aftercare for them. She made me feel really comfortable, it’s a long process but it was so chill and relaxing. My lashes look amazing, I love them so much! They feel so natural not like strip lashes at all which I was nervous about beforehand. Would 100% recommend Makeup & Beauty Bar to friends.

My lash lift and tint is stunning - as always. i never usually leave reviews but had to this time. Simmy puts her heart and soul into her job, making sure customers are happy with the service and ensures her work is completed to the highest of standards. The prices are affordable an her warmth and kindness shines through the moment you step into the Salon - which is a beautiful space, I also really appreciate the aftercare advice which was explained in a clear and concise way.
