Highly recommended! Joy knows so much about body alignment, and the impact of a compromised alignment. Went to Joy in an effort to relieve pain I had in my hip thatI suffered from for 2 months. Went to chiropractor during those months with no relief. One visit with Joy brought enough relief that I slept through the night. She pinpointed the root cause, asked me to come back for brief meeting to show me how to tackle the problem and strengthen my core. These routines she gave me has brought more relief, today i saw Joy for a follow up massage focusing on the hip and I feel no pain!

Joy is amazing. She always takes the time to thoroughly assess the pain/discomforts that are unique to your body. She truly listens and then physically assesses what needs to be done to improve your pain and adjust your misalignments. Joy also takes the time to educate you as to why your body is feeling or reacting a certain way. She then informs you as to what you can do to help correct posture, stance, etc. You not only leave a session with her feeling better, you leave educated and empowered on how to work on things to make your body better. Joy is outstanding in her field.

Joy knows the human body well and can pinpoint areas you had no idea were problem spots. So blessed to have found her.

This is not your typical massage. Joy not only assesses your aches and pains she also thoroughly assesses your body alignment. After her assessment she provides you with ways to start correcting misalignments which in turn helps to strengthen your body and fix what ails you. Joy is amazing! The heated massage table is a nice touch too.
