Highly recommended! Joy knows so much about body alignment, and the impact of a compromised alignment. Went to Joy in an effort to relieve pain I had in my hip thatI suffered from for 2 months. Went to chiropractor during those months with no relief. One visit with Joy brought enough relief that I slept through the night. She pinpointed the root cause, asked me to come back for brief meeting to show me how to tackle the problem and strengthen my core. These routines she gave me has brought more relief, today i saw Joy for a follow up massage focusing on the hip and I feel no pain!

Joy is a consummate professional. She is highly skilled and is able to quickly evaluate musculoskeletal weaknesses and make corrections. She was able to immediately help me with my headaches, cervical pain, body alignment and MS symptoms. She is kind, honest and a good person. Joy is not just a masseuse she is a healer. Best massage ever. I suggested she set up a separate room just for naps after massages.

Joy has given me three massages. Each one has given my very sore muscles a great stretching out. I’m going to continue getting massages from Joy. She is very nice and easy to talk to. Her massage/ exercise rooms are very clean. She is very professional, letting you know when and which muscles she is releasing. [Especially if you are very sore and stiff because you are unable to do your daily 70 minute yoga session, or any exercise for the past 2 1/2 years.] I was recommended to her by a friend, who also has health issues, like I do.
