Full body massage with Lucy was brilliant! I told her where I was having issues and she really focused on those areas for me. I felt very relaxed through the whole appointment and she always checked in that I was ok and that the pressure she used was ok. My shoulder and lower back instantly felt better, I shall definitely be making this a regular treat! Xxx

Paola was very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. I had booked in for a back and shoulder massage which was amazing and included a variety of techniques. Enjoyed the treatment that much that I then had an additional treatment,a full body scrub which was also great highly recommended

I had the best facial, its not just a facial, its an experience and your whole body gets treatment to your specific needs. I also had a run down afterwards on my skin which is really nice to get. This really is the best facial i have had!

The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. It was definitely one of the most wonderful facials I’ve ever had. The whole body was relaxed with the best arm massages too! Thank you very much Paola I will be back.

The experience is humbling because all staff led by Anna are so polite and professional always with a smile… As said before my body is now 55years of age but regular appointments prevents injuries and also keeps me relaxed as people do not realise how badly stress can affect the mind and body Thanks Anna

Wow! Deep tissue massage definitely needed for my achey tense muscles. Be warned deep tissue massage is not for the faint hearted but it has to be that way to work your body properly!Thanks Montra, amazing job!

Paola was super friendly and was expert at putting me at ease. The waxing was quick, efficient and (relatively) pain free. The best massage ever! The whole experience was wonderful, the smells and techniques were so relaxing. I spent 45 minutes in heaven, the massage was relaxing and therapeutic. As a home worker I am huddled over a laptop all day, my posture is awful. This massage helped relieve the tension I have in my neck, shoulders, and back. The oils also helped with my awfully dry skin. I am re-booking for a body scrub and brow lamination.

Absolutely amazing treatment at Fresha Glam and Glo yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I've not had massages before , but Paola soon put me at ease, asking questions and getting a general idea of my needs.
