First time booking with Natural body cafe. On arrival welcomed with a warm proffesional manner. The booking system is very straightforward and hassle free. The rooms were very clean and toilet facilities clean too. What made it a 5 star for me' was being listened too ' regards my needs due to a sore back and tense muscles down on side of my back and and that being the key focus. The massage was to a high standard leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and helped to reduce ankes and pains. The prices are very competitive with plenty choices . Absolutely beautiful massage, so therapeutic and relaxing that I didn't want it to finish. Eva has magic in her hands and a beautiful warm and intuitive nature that sees her as a true professional masseuse. She has an expert understanding of the human body and how to release deep seated tension and pain. I would highly recommend her.

Had a relaxing experience when i visited natural body cafe today. I booked proverbs signature facial. It was relaxing and will you feel fresh. A badly needed facial after a couple of night shifts. Stacey made me feel stressfree after the treatment. Will definitely come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Proverb Men’s Signature Facial was insanely good — more like a full-body reset than a facial. From the foot soak to the upper back treatment and Thai-style stretches, every part was spot on. My skin feels incredible, my HRV has jumped, and my body battery has been 100% on waking last 2 days. Genuinely one of the best treatments I’ve ever had.

I had a fabulous facial massage—such a relaxing experience! If it’s someone’s first time, it might be helpful to explain what to expect beforehand, just to put them at ease. The fragrance of the products used was lovely, though I personally found it a little strong. Stacey is a lovely young lady—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again for more treatments. I would happily recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a beauty treatment at Natural Body Café.

Snezhana was amazing, she really listened to what I needed and was constantly checking in that everything was okay. With a chronic illness massages/treatments can be difficult to get right for me but this was perfect and exactly what I needed after a stressful few months! Always a lovely experience here. Karen is professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. I use the natural body cafe for colonics and Karen makes the whole process feel natural, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has a wealth of experience and looks at any issues you have holistically. I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

Snezhana was very good. A few techniques I’d never had before but she got rid of my sore neck, that I’d had for 2 weeks. She is obviously very atune to your particular body state and adjusts accordingly. I felt she really knew her stuff, and will defo be back! 👏👏
