I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

Snezhana was very good. A few techniques I’d never had before but she got rid of my sore neck, that I’d had for 2 weeks. She is obviously very atune to your particular body state and adjusts accordingly. I felt she really knew her stuff, and will defo be back! 👏👏

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Thank you Kimberley for the wonderful back massage. As usual you worked your magic! This was the first time I experienced a back massage with warm bamboo sticks and it was amazing as the heat of the sticks really gets into the muscles. It felt really soothing at the same time. There is always a wonderful relaxing atmosphere at Natural Body Cafe and I always leave feeling like I have been given a big hug!

I love the whole experience and ambiance of the Natural Body Cafe from walking through the door until I leave, and usually have a Bamboo massage with Kimberley, this time I needed my nails done for a special occasion and Rhiannon did not disappoint. The whole experience was explained before we went ahead,with Aprex nails, she made me feel relaxed and calm throughout my time there, there are plenty of colours to choose from and some nail art if you fancy it, I will definitely return, they looked amazing.
