I recently had a facial with Natalija, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is a true professional who clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. From start to finish, I felt completely confident in her hands. I also want to thank her for the skincare advice and product recommendations she shared with me. Every product she suggested and each tip she gave has made a noticeable difference-my skin has improved so much, and I’m genuinely grateful for her expertise and care. Highly recommended!

I had a great first experience at The Cryo Lab - the team was very friendly and was able to move my appointments in a way that saved me a lot of time and made the experience a lot better. I went for the Cryo chamber, Cryo facial & Body Balancer and I felt like a new woman afterwards, couldn't recommend it more! Martine was amazing and I can't wait for my weekly sessions now!

Always love my treatments at The Cryo Lab, whether it’s the Cryo Chamber, getting a Spray Tan, or having a Cryo Facial. But my favourite is definitely the Body Balancing, it has such great benefits and I get to completely relax and even fall asleep during this treatment. Thank you to Lisa, always looks after me.

It was simply amazing. I booked a scrub for the first time and it didn’t disappoint, booking again soon!

I had a Facial Deep Cleansing with Natalia, and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment began with a gentle, deeply relaxing massage of the face and décolleté — pure bliss. Then the real magic started: the cleansing was so precise that my skin was left fresh, glowing, and without a single mark. I could literally feel it breathing. Natalia also shared personalised home-care tips, which was super helpful. The session ended with a lymphatic drainage body massage — warmth spread through my whole body, and I felt this deep, pleasant trembling inside. Truly unreal. I highly recommend her!

Chloe is an absolute professional but at the same time warm and friendly. I almost floated out I was so relaxed. I love the full body massage combined with facial as it’s such a treat. I’d definitely recommend the treatment, Se.rene and Chloe. An oasis of calm hidden away. If you’ve found it, you’re lucky! 🍀
