I had a massage and facial in one gorgeous treatment. Chloe was incredibly attentive, professional and friendly. Chloe put me at ease immediately and explained from start to finish what to expect. The treatment itself was next level relaxation on steroids. I absolutely loved it and feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be booking back in again and would recommend Chloe in a heartbeat.

Very relaxing manicure and lots of colour choice. Have also been in this week for root colour, cut and blow dry. Love that Chloe and Lou make everyone so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Se.rene is well named. Thank you and see you soon.

The Salon is so beautiful - the massage rooms are really cosy and warm and perfect to relax in - I always get Chloe to do my brows lashes and nails. I tried micro-needling recently which was great also! Highly recommend!

Firstly the salon was extremely comfortable, calm and welcoming, Chloe and Lou are undoubtedly very professional and hold themselves to a very high standard. They was very knowledgable given both of their fields and trades and I will most certainly be booking in again and most definitely will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I got the best nails done by Charlotte. I booked my appointment on line no waiting around I was welcomed by Charlotte and all the team in the salon such a warm and welcoming salon you walk in and feel comfortable decor is gorgeous, beautiful nails as usual. If I could give more than 5 stars on this review unlimited gold stars ⭐️

Another fabulous visit to Serene. Louise always looks after you and makes sure I’m comfortable. She checks at every stage to make sure I’m happy with the colour and cut and will happily tweak things to make sure it’s what I want. Always happy with the results
