I have seen Mel a couple times now at Sisu, I leave the sessions feeling so relaxed and have the best sleep afterwards. I had the postpartum massage and I can genuinely say it was the most incredible hour since having my son. I had a traumatic birth and have been carrying a lot of trauma and anxiety, during the massage, the only way I can describe it was that I could almost feel the worry and anxiety leaving my body. Once it was over I felt lighter, more relaxed and free from the worry in my mind. I could not recommend this enough!
