I had the most amazing experience today and couldn't be happier with the results. I had dermaplaning, an eyelash lift, and a French manicure, and every treatment exceeded my expectations. Lydia was absolutely fantastic – professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She made me feel comfortable throughout and took great care to ensure everything was perfect. The results are outstanding, my skin feels smooth and glowing, my lashes look amazing, and my French manicure is flawless. I havent been in Darwen long and was in desperate need of a cut. I arrived via an online booking for a cut and blow. I had shoulder length hair and wanted a short pixie style cut. The hairdresser that I was booked in with was every so professional and did the cut almost exactly as I'd imagined. I say almost, because it's actually better than I imagined!! She did an amazing job. I think I've found my new local hairdresser. Planning to have a colour with her also. Lovely venue. Friendly honest staff!!

Booked in for a facial and pedicure as a birthday treat - my first visit to the Brookside. I was greeted warmly and shown to a seat. I was then led into a lovely quiet room where I enjoyed an indulgent facial treatment carried out by Lydia. I think I lost count of the various lotions and potions lavishly slathered onto my face, what a treat! I could've happily fallen asleep but it was time for my pedicure with Beth. My feet were pampered, preened and buffed while I sat in comfort. My nails were polished and painted and I left feeling great! Lovely place, lovely professional staff, 5 stars!
