Chelle is excellent. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible and she has the magic touch. Perfect experience for relieving stress and tension levels, comfortable relaxed venue. So important to take time for your holistic well being. The back massages are preventing my back from being in pain by a mixture and light and hard massage to take out all the knots and the lymphatic drainage massage is class. Wow 👌this girl is incredible. Ive had a good few treatments off her treatment list from hopi ear to facials with foot rubs. I have tried all the lymphatic drainage massages she is a pro wouldnt go to anyone else. Today I had the Bums & Tums sculpting massage I literally feel ironed out. I enjoyed an hour and half massage this morning and felt relaxed as soon as I stepped in. After suffered a bad endo flare up for some days I was swollen, heavy, and just not myself. As well as being therapeutic, I could feel and see the results instantly! I cant wait to feel further results as the day goes on. Highly recommend!

I had the 30 minute back Massage and 30 minute Reflexology, both were excellent. The treatment room was stunning and the ambience so calming and relaxing. The therapist was so professional. Definitely a five star all around.

Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****

Debbie is a very knowledgeable therapist. She explained everything she was doing and how each movement was beneficial for my body which was very interesting to me. She was checking on my comfort and most people like peace on their sessions but poor Debbie had to put up with me nattering the whole way through. Very enjoyable experience.
