I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed just what I needed! Harvest is such a special place from walking through the door to the gorgeous shop, being welcomed by the friendly staff! Carly is amazing, so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and really takes her time to get the best end result for you. All appointments I’ve been to with her have been tailored to exactly what I need at that time, she’s fab. 100% the best Lymphatic drainage and sculpting I have had.

Wow, wow, wow. What a passionate team, full of knowledge and time for their patients. I had a cryo and a body massage and I left upset that they don’t offer services closer to me! I’d 100% go more often if only it wasn’t a few hours journey for me. If you’re wondering whether to try it, I say do it, do it for yourself. Great place!

What an amazing experience! Felt the benefits straight away. I’m a Cryotherapist specialising in cold water immersion and have been looking for a place to test out a Cryo Chamber for a while. I felt a massive difference between cold water immersion and the dry ice chamber; it located weak areas of my body ie. my knees activating a healing process that I could actually feel! Dan is amazing. There is no such thing as a standard Masage with Dan. It’s totally tailored to the individual and where the body issues are. His knowledge of human anatomy is amazing and he works the areas that are the problem. Guess I will be back next week! 🥺😂
