Wow oh wow .. my first time in having a full body stretch and to be honest I was slightly nervous however Lauren is so professional and super friendly she makes everything feel at ease and I am so pleased I had this done .. Its a must for all ages. I feel so much better and have so much more movement. I am so surprised at the outcome and results- I can’t wait until my next session.. As always .. thanks Lauren .. you’ve made me feel wonderful again.

I first went to Lauren last week for lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment, safe to say i booked to go again as soon as I got home! My second appointment was today for another lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment as well as dry cupping and sports massage…. Just amazing! She truly is like a magician for the body!! I am just about to book again but adding assisted stretching to the list! Aside from her amazing work Lauren is genuinely lovely and caring for one’s needs, so knowledgeable too, so trust me when I say you’re in safe hands with her! Get booking!

Lauren is always amazing. We changed my booked lymphatic and body contouring to lymphatic and sports massage as I was really achey from having a cold/cough ……… it was no problem for Lauren and I came away feeling much more relaxed and much less achey! Result👍🏻

I had my first ever stretching session with Lauren and woweeee it felt incredible! Lauren guided me through the whole process and explained what she was doing and why which really helped me to understand all of the benefits from this type of treatment. The stretches felt incredible and my body was definitely looser after! I'd highly recommend for anyone if they do sports, or even if they just need a GOOD stretch! It was fab, thank you so much!

I love coming to Lauren for my massages, it’s always such a relaxed atmosphere, I tired the body contouring massage and can see such a difference this morning, looking a lot less bloated thanks to Lauren. 😄
