The room was very relaxing with warm colours and a pleasant aroma. My foot massage felt great and the stretches at the end noticeably loosened my neck and shoulder muscles. The RMT was very patient managing my tight, injury-affected joints and checked in a few times to ask how I was doing. My only suggestion would be to offer a small pillow to lift client heads up a little when lying back in the armchair as my position left my neck feeling a little strained; I will communicate this earlier in my next session.

I researched a lot about PRP and found Dr.Patrick Yam to be super knowledgeable. Initially during my consultation he answered all my questions and concerns and told me so much about PRP. I couldn’t book because I was still in school but I finally got an appointment this year and it went great! I booked it with Dr. Wii who was really gentle with me during the treatment. After my vampire facial I was given a mint mask which helped with the stinging. I highly recommend them for all your PRP needs!

The front office staff were knowledgably and friendly, they took their time to get to know me and what it is I wanted out of my consultation. Dr Tam was great, very empathetic, soft spoken, but direct which I appreciated. He looked at the whole picture of my health, and seemed to care about my well being and what was best for me, not pressuring or even focusing on what services he could sell me. This was my first interaction with a private medical provider and I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and low pressure approach of Dr Tam.
