My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Jo was very thorough and delightful to chat with. We agreed on a style that suits my hair (a tendency to frizz), and she's done a lovely job cutting and blow-drying it. I can go out to lunch today with my head held high! Will definitely be back. Very convenient to pop in after a swim. And 10% off for being a gym member. What's not to like!

Felt truly looked after by Rhian in the Chester branch today. Nothing was too much trouble and her advice and professionalism was well appreciated. After trying many wigs we stuck with the first choice . Can't wait to try it when it comes in Thank you for your patience Rhian !!

Oh my! Should have had the Brazilian blowdry a long time ago. Just the treat I needed for my hair to get healthy again, feels amazing and freeze free. Looking forward to spending less time having to style it at home. Thanks again Anna for a TOP experience.

I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Yuliia is very kind with my Mum and makes the whole experience pleasurable. The cut and blow dry was great too.
