Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

I took my 11 year-old daughter to see Alice today for the first time and she is very pleased with the result. Alice took a lot of care to ensure the cut was just what my daughter wanted and then styled it to perfection. We'll be back!

Mollys the best, i came post night shift and was treated to coffee and chocolate on arrival, had the best time chatting for hours! And i totally trusted her with my hair, with just the idea of going blonder and she ended up creating the perfect balayage! I walked out the best blowdry and felt amazing! Thank you massively chick!!

Highly recommend Ellie at True Colours. We travel out from Cardiff to see Ellie, great long-hair cutting, styling and finishing. Ellie is always warm and welcoming and we have great chats, she always makes you feel relaxed and is super efficient and great at her job. X2 Teenage and one mum hair appointment today- we are all very happy and loving the new styles. Thanks Ellie x

Sharon maid my husband feel at ease. Sharon styled it and it looks really good. This is the 3rd salon we have tried and crown is by far the best.
