I had the most beautiful hot stone massage yesterday with Lou and I genuinely left feeling like a different person. The treatment itself was incredible. The heat from the stones combined with the pressure was perfect, especially for someone like me who works in a posture-heavy job. I could feel the tension melting away. Every movement felt intentional and intuitive, and I left feeling deeply relaxed but also lighter and more aligned. It’s rare to find someone who not only delivers a technically excellent massage but also creates such a safe, soothing space. Looking forward my next one!

However, today I visited Blossom Spa, and I’m so pleased to say that I’ve finally found exactly what I was looking for. Vicky is a wonderful therapist, she is very professional and knowledgeable and a lovely person. I have been having treatments with Vicky for the last couple of years and every single facial, reflexology, massage, reiki are always so healing and make me feel relaxed and well. Thank you Vicky for all your care.

I booked an aromatherapy massage with Carly, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Carly was very considerate and the whole experience was very relaxing, I can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic massage as always by Esther. Not only do her massages release all tension and stiffness in my body but they are always super relaxing and calming ☺️

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! My first time visiting Esther and what a blissful visit it was. I felt completely at ease prior to the treatment with a lovely chat and felt very comfortable throughout the massage also, as she checked in with me. I had the back, neck and shoulders massage and will certainly be returning to try many of the other treatments as the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Parking was easy too, located to the back of the building! If you are thinking of visiting - definitely do it. My back and neck feel incredibly more relaxed since.

Absolutely in love with my nails! Ella is incredible—I’ve lived in Bristol for 10 years and never had anyone do my nails like her. I’m so lucky to have chosen Posh Beauty and Academy as my first salon in Cardiff. She was so thoughtful, helped fix issues from previous acrylics, and gave the best advice—two chromed nails on each hand were definitely the right call! Promised myself a proper treatment from a long summer of work and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The massage itself was amazing and I was made to feel very comfortable from beginning to end.
