Charné is the best! She has been helping me with my skin journey for a few months now and I love my monthly facials with her- I love that we have a plan of action and she recommends products only when I ask, so I don’t feel like she’s just trying to sell me things I don’t need. The experience was wonderful! All thanks to Bongo. I have to mention, the waxing room is quite small and I am not happy that people outside can hear the conversations. It would be great if a roof and a fan/ AC was placed in the small room to accommodate privacy and the terrible heat.

Nicola was great but the numbing cream did not work well so the procedure was a little more painful than expected. Nicola was kind and caring through it all. I will definitely be back to try another xx
