It’s my first time having waxing done in years! Robyn put me at ease straight away, she’s so down to earth and lovely. It wasn’t as painful as I thought, and to be honest we was chatting thorough so I think that definitely helped! Robyn is very fast too so you don’t realise either. Just spent a lovely morning getting pampered, Julie coloured n cut my hair, great job done , Shannon did my nails, pedicure, dyed my eyebrows n lashes just love all of them. These ladies worked great together had my hair coloured at same time as my pedicure and my finger nails , proper pamper session can’t be Hank them enough xx

As a V Waxed myself I am giving very accurate feedback here- Gem is so lovely, her beauty space is very relaxing and she is good at everything she does. She waxed my faff and it was in no way awkward, we had a laugh whilst it was being done if anything.

Met Gemma for the first time today for a waxing appointment. She is so welcoming and kind, puts you straight at ease from the get go. The Nook is exactly what it sounds, a little haven of self care where you feel so well looked after it would be hard not to relax! Gemma explained the whole process throughout to ensure I felt comfortable and the wax itself was second to none - she is an absolute perfectionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I already have my next appointment in the book.

I’ve just had my second Brazilian Wax with Marcelle & she’s fab! I usually do my own waxing at home but since having it done with Marcelle it has been so much better and didn’t grow back no where near as much as before. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease, I highly recommend her & I will be going to her for the foreseeable :)

Why oh why didn't I do this years ago??!! The fear of them looking like black slugs across my forehead always made me reticent to have my eyebrows tinted, though I have them waxed regularly. Only when I could hardly see them did I decide to gird my loins and 'go for it' (self imposed home imprisonment the considered option if it went 'belly up'). The result, my eyebrows have not looked this good since I was in my mid twenties. Thank you. I will be back
