Charlotte is a lovely beautician who is both professional and friendly; she always makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. My skin is absolutely glowing, and I can visibly see and feel that it’s less puffy. For the quality of service you get, the treatment is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

10/10 experience at Buff & Bloom! 💅✨ Went for NHS-themed BIAB nails and pastel blue gel toes, and I’m absolutely obsessed with the results. Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair
