Isobel is amazing at what she does. She makes every treatment she does feel so luxurious, even eyebrow waxing, I have no idea how!! Would not go to anywhere but the beauty barn for my treatments now.

I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! The team is amazing and super friendly!

As a regular customer for 7 years I would not use anywhere else for waxing, I have received treatment from pretty much every member of the team at some point and results are always great. Very friendly and clean salon, recommend highly x

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Always a great appointment with Angela, feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the appointment and Angela is great at taking your mind off of the waxing which is super helpful!
