I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

As always a great experience, I like to leave a Tip for gabby usually done through card payment ,I was advised this is no longer possible, as I dont carry cash this would mean the hairdresser missing out on valuable tips .perhaps the management could review this dessision .happy 🎄 Christmas All x

Kelly has been doing my nails and waxing for a while now and I would highly recommend her. She is always very professional and friendly. I also like the wide range of colours she has available, I can never make my mind up!
