Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

Fab, love coming here for my face waxing, everyone is really friendly and chatty, the wax they use on the face is brilliant and keeps my skin super smooth and soft and doesn’t irritate like traditional waxing.

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. Heidi is so patient and caring, it’s a pleasure to visit (even for waxing! 😂).

Always look forward to my nail appointment with Lois. She is up to date with current trends, is very artistic and creative, with a great eye for colour. Very friendly and lovely to chat to about anything. She always brings a smile. My daughter goes to see her too and she's amazing with her. She's autistic and has difficult days. Lois is amazing with her, puts her at her ease and when she's done my daughters glowing. So if you're nervous or need an appointment with someone calm and approachable, Lois is your girl.

Excellent. Gemma is lovely and very professional. I felt relaxed and very reassured of receiving the very best treatment. Looking forward to my next visit.
