Katie preformed 4 separate treatments on me and I’m delighted with all of them. The serenity massage was amazing and really helped the dermatitis on my scalp. I also had eyebrows waxed, tinted and shaped done to perfection. I will definitely be booking in with Katie again! 🙂

Great service as always! Super friendly business & always great beauty services offered. I had my nails done today ready for Christmas & Megan, Katie and Sophia are all extremely welcoming. If you’re lucky you’ll get pup cuddles too. Can’t fault this lovely Southbourne business.

Absolutely brilliant. This was the best waxing I have ever had. Such a lovely lady and so welcoming. I felt relaxed immediately. Room lovely and calm and cool considering it was so hot outside. Cannot fault the service at all and we will definitely be returning for a massage and more treatments. Had my eyebrows waxed, the lady did a perfect job. Hadn’t had my eyebrows done at a salon in years and was feeling a bit nervous. The lady did a wonderful job and let me know what she was doing here and there, we had a little chat and she made sure I was super happy and comfortable the whole time. The salon was really clean, tidy, professional and has a lovely vibe. I think the pricing is great value for what a great job she did. I can’t stop looking in the mirror lol! Verionika was professional , although for us weenie men who feel considerable pain when been waxed she made me feel relaxed and calm which I am sure helped with the pain of having one’s hair ripped out of one’s body , I highly recommend her services. She vey professional and friendly .
