I have never been to the salon before and when I popped in one day to inquire about services, Trina greeted me like a long lost friend. She was so nice and made recommendations for the services I was interested in. I booked some waxing and a pedicure to try them out. I was very pleasantly surprised. Michelle's pedicure was outstanding and I can honestly say, I definitely will be back. Many thanks to Lauren who did my waxing. Great job and I again would not hesitate to have Lauren again. I cannot comment on the hair services but will be booking a consultation in the near future.

Well, if I’m speaking, honestly, I was a bit apprehensive at first, but every question that I had asked was answered and I felt very comfortable. Everything was explained properly and the procedure was easy for me pretty much painless and comfortable. I’m really looking forward to the results to come.

Great experience

It took longer to get my hair cut than expected because of Kristine's inexperience. But I appreciated her gentle upbeat personality and that she called in a colleague to help her with new techniques. I walked away with my hair just as I wanted it. Michelle was thorough and a joy to chat with while she did my sugar waxing. She cared about the end result and took the time to make sure it was done well and completely. I will definitely book with her again!

I felt very comfortable. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything so I can understand it so overall, it was a great first experience.

Haircut was great with Linda. Waxing was good. Threading was not as good as I expected.

Raj was absolutely wonderful. I saw her for a consultation for the CO2 laser. She easy to talk to and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had regarding the procedure. I am looking forward to my upcoming appointment.

Very good. It was my first visit. I was not able to get my roots touch up at my regular salon. So I called up and was able to meet me needs the next day. Mani, an experienced stylist, gave me a wonderful hair service. Met all my expectations. The product used was of acceptable quality which was familiar. The place is spacious, clean and bright. The cost was reasonable. I would come back anytime if needed.

I love going to uptown salon and spa, the treatments are always top-notch, and the staff are especially attentive and caring. I found that they are very knowledgable about the latest trends in health and wellness. And always up for conversation and exploration. Highly recommend!
