I visited this salon for the first time today, and I had such a wonderful experience. Booking was quick and easy, and from the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. My stylist Taahirah took care of my hair with such ease, professionalism and efficiency. She made the whole experience enjoyable and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

Inshaaf was great! It was both our kids first time getting hair cuts, and since they’re still very young, they can’t really sit still. We were a bit nervous about taking them for their first cut knowing how they can be, but Inshaaf was super patient through the whole process. We will definitely be back for regular trims & recommend to all our friends!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and Amaraah specifically. I’ve done my hair at some of the most expensive salons in CPT that charge 5k+ for highlights, and I’ve never been as satisfied as with Amaraah. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart, and as a fine hair girly that highlights her hair that goes a long way. My highlights are always even toned because she pulls them out and rinses them at different times, and my hair health is in immaculate condition. 10/10 recommend

Here's to Cheryl for an amazing job and good advice, especially due the fact that the medication I'm on is thinning and spoiling my hair. For a local place the salon is neat, clean and professional, and with a lovely atmosphere.
