Lash lift and tint with Emily. Did leave some glue on my lash line and eyelid. Pointed this out to her at the time and she did some clean up but didn't get it all - hard to I suppose! Keeping the 5 stars though as it was fairly easy to sort myself the next day and I am happy with the result! Thank you Emily!

Best lash lift and tint I’ve ever had! 3 weeks in and still perfect! I’ve also had a full leg wax with Donna and again it’s perfect! And recently had a full pedicure done and my toe nails look amazing and feet feel so soft! Can’t wait to be back!

Lovely studio, Julia makes you feel very at home and relaxed. The bed is much more comfortable than most salons, and you get a great leg rest too - which is great for my lower back. Great treatments, my lifted and tinted eyelashes look fab 😍🤩

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

I've been having my legs sugared by Becky since November 23 and wow, what a difference. Less growth, the hairs that do grow back are noticeably thinner. I've also had my very first lash lift & tint which is amazing. Here's to waking up with smooth legs and bomb lashes. Thank you Becky! 🤍

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! Face feels and looks 100% better. Kelly great at explaining procedure. Ambience great. Massage so good had best night’s sleep for ages, and stepped out of salon with lighter gait! Can’t rate her highly enough!
