As always, Majbeen is professional in everything she does, yet is so friendly and chatty at the same time. She has been doing a variety of things to my lashes for over two years and I rate her 10/10 for everything she does, whether it’s lash extensions of various sizes and colours, or LVLs, they look amazing each time. Even the eyebrow tint gives brilliant results, I highly recommended Majbeen to anyone and everyone.

I received excellent customer service, before during and after my treatment at Essence hair and beauty. Emma is professional and friendly. I booked in for a lash lift and tint and the results were amazing, I absolutely love them and I would highly recommend this treatment. I will definitely be booking back in.

Visit Erika’s beauty today and had my lashes done by Luca ! She was absolutely star from start to finish ! I could not recommended salon enough ! I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! Fantastic! Lovely lash lift and tint and eyebrow wax and shape for my daughter. Made her feel at ease throughout with it being her first time. Very beautiful studio and lovely atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

I originally went elsewhere NOT TAISIYA on the outskirts of Derby which the girl turned me away after 90 minutes of her trying to get the shape so I walked away..That was 100% the right decision because I found Taisiya & understandably I was really nervous & she totally understood why. I had my patch test then a couple of weeks later I went for my appointment.Taisiya got the shape within 10 minutes & that was it they were perfect I had blade & shade 2 years ago & a little freshen up & literally this week I’ve had powder brows with hair strokes.She is out of this world she has me forever now 💕💕

Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Love my lashes every time. Marci is lovely and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you arrive. My natural lashes arn’t in the best condition due to my old constant extensions with another company but Marci has great knowledge about lashes and is able to use this to help me grow my lashes underneath and help me build my confidence ready for lash lifts 🤩 x

Had a lash lift by Tais, and as always it was incredible service. I always feel so much better leaving my appointments with beautiful and natural looking lashes and Tais is a fantastic professional. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Zuzanna is a wonderful therapist, very attentive and loved the heated blanket. Such a nice touch. So impressed with my lash lift and tint. Would definately use again and recommend!!
