Tom firstly asked about my concerns, and then fully explained the process of both the lasers as well as some methods for skin protection post-treatment. The laser was fast and surprisingly painless. Tom was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer my Q’s regarding skincare and the laser procedure itself. Would be more than happy to return as and when required. Cheers Tom!

I had a wonderful and insightful skin consultation where they walked me through the entire process while kindly responding to all my questions. The consultant was friendly and helped me with understanding my eligibility for the procedure, expected results, and aftercare. I also had some complimentary tea alongside the consultation.
