This was my first time at Nerses Hair Salon and it was really relaxed. I enjoyed the great customer service and hospitality and that it was a very one on one experience with your stylist. It was conversational without being too much and they genuinely take time to ask about you. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and at home and everything was seamless. I like the hair products they use and that the scent isn’t too over-powering. The consultation, style and cut were fabulous, my hair shiny and on point, and I am looking forward to my next appointment! They know their stuff!

Anna was incredible from the beginning. She heard exactly what I wanted. From the colour, to the finished look. She set my expectations perfectly, and was so professional and friendly.
