Had an Ayurvedic massage with Claire. She was great, explaining all that I needed to know about the format of the massage which was different to other massages I had previously. I certainly felt great afterwards. I had some stiffness in my QL ( back area) which seemed to dicipate once I had the massage... Claire was very firm but managed to put me into some challenging positions all of which helped my back and overall stiffness I would definitely recommend Claire.
