I was an hour late to my appointment due to traffic, but the staffs did everything to help and even stay beyond their closing time to accommodate me. The massage and hammam were 10/10 and best I've ever had (and I've been to loads of hammam and massage around the world!) super pleased for my last night in Dubai and felt much lighter for my flight ahead! Today’s massage was twice as good as yesterdays and that one was a 10/10 rating. Patty was my therapist and she was excellent. Very detailed and skillful with her hands. Paid close attention to the troubled areas as she learned my body. Was strong yet gentle at the same time. Did a combination of Thai and Deep tissue massages. The spa itself is well operated from reception to payment. Courteous and clean staff with pretty ladies. ☺️☺️ Will definitely return again next time in Dubai.

Me and my visited Rayya wellness, in Ramada Downtown Dubai for our anniversary. We were pleasantly greeted by Oum at the reception who arranged our treatments with utmost care. What sets this spa apart from others I have visited, is the level of care and attention given by the therapists, Devi and Natasha. They were not only skilled in their techniques, but also had a genuine desire to ensure that we had the best possible experience. They checked in with us frequently to ensure the pressure was just right and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Didn't catch the name of the lady who did my massage but she did an amazing job! Used just the right amount of pressure and loved how she used a few different massage techniques together. Made me feel like I got the best of all the different massages available in one! Thank you, will definitely be back!
