Not only did she pay careful consideration for maintaining the health of my natural lash, she found the perfect balance between length and volume that is well suited for my face. Wow Amanda what an experience to get a facial done . My first ever and it was out of this world. Thank you so much ,my face feel and look fantastic..Definately recommend it. As for my nails with Elouise, its spot on perfection as always. Thank you ladies for the pampering and the wine. .

One of the best facials I have ever had! I liked that Lisa explained what she was going to do beforehand and how it would help my skin and advice on skincare. She was very warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and revisit. I had the Derpmaplane, Hydrofacial, Photo therapy and Anti-Aging and my face was glowing and the cleanest it's ever felt in ages.

Ashleigh is honestly amazing. She's great at what she does, and I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed and well taken care of. On top of that, she’s such a sweet and genuine person, always kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend her.

I had such a great experience with two amazing nail technicians—one did my soak-off and the other applied a fresh, beautiful gel set. Both were kind, friendly, and clearly very experienced. I absolutely love my nails and will definitely be coming back!

Prawlene did an excellent job with my eyelashes. The lashes used are so light and she gave me the exact look I was going for.

I’ve been going to Jo for almost 2 years now for my eyebrow tint and wax and she really is the best of the best. I never received a compliment on my eyebrows until I started going to Jo, and now I get compliments on them all the time. She really takes care to find the colour and shape that suits your face. Jo also makes sure that the products she’s using are quality, and my eyebrows are fuller than they’ve ever been. I would never trust anyone else!
