Lu is such a sweet girl! As soon as I walked in I felt so comfortable and attended to. Her Brazilians were the least painful I have ever received and the head massage during my facial was to die for. She was so so educated on all of her products. Any questions I had she was more than willing to answer to consistently put me at ease. I left with my face glowing, my eyebrows snatched, and well… you can guess the rest from the beginning of my review. I would recommend Lauren and LA skin to anyone I know!
