Freya provides a full experience not just an awesome service. You immediately feel relaxed and comfortable in her presence, from the aroma to the music and all inbetween. Being advised throughout of what will happen next and how you should be feeling with the product on your face allows there to be no surprises other than the amazing finished look! I love the way I feel every time I visit, having eyelashes, eyebrows, lip and nose waxing, facial treatments and cleansing product discussions, I have literally never felt so good in my own skin and it’s all down to Freya’s knowledge and skill.

Awesome customer care by Radhika, perfect lash lift tint, lash and brow tint. Combination waxing and threading leaves skin soft and smooth and my skin soaks up the aloe vera finish - I always request a cubicle treatment as enjoy the privacy, the meditation music helps me remain relaxed for the 1 plus hour these treatments require- Highly reccomend a treatment with Radhika 🌺

I have had my eyebrows, lashes and waxing/threading done hundreds of times in many different places, and I only ended up here because my normal person cancelled due to sickness. I can honestly say this was the best place I’ve ever been to, it was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, which I’ve never done before. I also never leave reviews on anywhere or anything, but I did thoroughly enjoy this appointment.

I’ve been seeing Freya for a year now for various treatments, most recently for permanent ombré brows. I couldn’t be happier with the final result, they are perfectly mapped for my face, defined but subtle enough that they accentuate my natural brow without looking harsh or unnatural. The whole process was painless and every step of the process was communicated so I knew exactly what to expect. Freya’s attention to detail is impeccable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. I love them!
