I just had a microdermal facial with the lovely Holly. She was friendly, attentive and did the most amazing job on my face. It feels and looks so much better, so thank you so much 🥰 Holly has a lovely calm presence about her and was more than happy to answer a number of questions I had regarding other types of facials. .I look forward to coming back again to see you in the future 🌺🙏

Absolutely incredible! I have had a tough pregnancy and am almost 35 weeks and the head massage I had has completely relaxed me and helped so much with my swelling and fluid in my face, head and neck. I will hopefully come try do one more along with a quick thread top up before I birth. I’m also in loooove with my eyelashes! As always! ❤️😍 elegant the palms is the best! I am always greeted by all the ladies and treated so well xx

At the start, Sukh asked me how was I, which I replied, I'm tired coming from work. She said to me to just relax. What a good way to de-stress, with warm hand towel touching my weary face, chest and neck, a deep soothing massage by the skillful hands of Sukh, cleaning, exfoliating, moisturing my face. What a treat! Good for one's wellbeing. Thank you, Sukh.

Awesome customer care by Radhika, perfect lash lift tint, lash and brow tint. Combination waxing and threading leaves skin soft and smooth and my skin soaks up the aloe vera finish - I always request a cubicle treatment as enjoy the privacy, the meditation music helps me remain relaxed for the 1 plus hour these treatments require- Highly reccomend a treatment with Radhika 🌺

Naomi was absolutely amazing!! I was completely new to brow lamination, lash lifts and tinting. Naomi was super warm and professional, walking me through all the options, making sure I felt comfortable and was happy with the results at every stage. At the end of our session I was almost worried that my brows looked too good (if that's even a thing)! After a few days of showers / face washes, the brow result softens a little more and just looks so natural, full, and effortlessly polished. Hannah manicured & painted my nails beautifully. The sun was shining directly on her work space & face. I think she needs a sun shade.

Had a great experience this morning getting my eyebrows threaded and upper lip threaded for the first time! The beautician was great and friendly, always asking me if I was okay with what she was doing and since I’ve never had my upper lip threaded she explained the difference between threading and waxing and I’ll never go back to waxing! After, I got some soothing gel and had a wee face massage to tie it all together. What a great start to my morning :) Thank you again :)
