Hazel is so lovely. Made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional and makes sure you are fully informed all the way through about the process and aftercare. My mother had earwax removal done today and I can honestly say the service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made my mum feel so comfortable straight away with her warm and friendly manner, explaining everything clearly, we knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was quick, completely pain-free and done with real care and professionalism. Sam really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re relaxed and looked after. We left hearing so much clearer and genuinely impressed. She’s fantastic at what she does and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
