Always leave feeling so much more relaxed both physically and mentally. Having regular massages has helped greatly with my arthritis. The room is such a relaxing space I can feel myself start to relax the moment I arrive. I cannot recommend enough, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

The massage room is like a haven, so relaxing and comforting. I have been having massages here regularly and it has helped so much with my arthritus in my hips back and knee. I am in significantly less pain. If you haven't been to The Pod you are definitely missing out! I honestly can't recommend Micheal and Sarah enough! Their knowledge is amazing!

Without doubt, the best relaxing massage I've ever had (and I've tried many places!). From the moment you meet Michael you start to feel yourself relaxing - he immediately puts you at ease. After a consultation and overview of what's included, once you're on the bed the magic really happens! Michaels technique has obviously been perfected over a number of years and provides a deep, relaxing experience. I could not recommend more highly!

Michael was extremely professional and friendly he made me feel at ease instantly. I had the 2 hour full body massage it was so relaxing and he hit all the right spots he knew exactly what areas needed more pressure. I left completely De stressed and he melted my tension away.
