Had my brows, lip, chin and neck hot waxed for the 2nd time. This treatment is amazing and highly recommended. Complete game charger for the pain of waxing especially for the lip. So much less painful. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

Adele is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. Had many visits at her beautiful salon (lashes, brows, ear candling, massages, waxing) and she's always absolutely wonderful. Professional, kind, funny, understanding and supportive, can count on her knowledge and experience. Had pleasure to do courses with her and can't imagine better person to train with so highly recommend for anyone. Make sure to ask about her brows gel!

After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. my experience is always the best when I’m at the salon and I’m always leaving with a massive smile on my face every time they never fail to do such amazing work.

I have been going to Fenny for years now, I won’t let anyone else touch my face!! The last couple of visits I have had the new tint for the hybrid brows and it is fab! Tint usually only lasts 24/48 hours on my eyebrows but that lasted well over a week (looking like the day I had them done!) would highly recommend Fenny and her beautiful salon.

First visit for waxing. Therapist lovely very friendly. Eye brow and under arm wax. Very gentle could hardly feel been done. Salon very nice decor. Clean tidy. Dealt with straight away offered a drink. Display of cruelty free products available for hair. Reasonable price. Will definitely return.

Woke up with a terrible sore neck and managed to get booked in for a back, neck, should and head massage. Feel so much better for it. I also had a cold peel facial, derma blading and infrared added on. It was absolutely perfect. Spa like treatment. My skin looks fantastic and is super smooth Finished with HD brows which are just lovely.... Not too dark and frame my face really well.
