My first time ever getting filler, I got lip and chin. I’m so happy with it and it looks so natural which is what I wanted. The numbing cream was great so I didn’t struggle with the pain at all really. The aftercare pack is really helpful, the arnica gel worked a treat for the (surprisingly small amount of) bruising. Jennifer is fantastic, ive been to a few different injectors over the years but never found someone so skilled, I feel totally confident in her. When we first met she suggested dissolving old fillers and it made such a difference, I didn't realise how bad they were. She doesn't just do what everyone else does she looks at the face and works with your features like an artist. Also easy to speak to and down to earth.

Had my first carbon facial with Charlotte today. So relaxing, the laser felt a little warm on my skin it did nip a little bit in 1 area but not painful. My skin is glowing and feels amazing. Charlotte explained everything to me and answered all my questions, will definitely be back for more.

Woke up with a terrible sore neck and managed to get booked in for a back, neck, should and head massage. Feel so much better for it. I also had a cold peel facial, derma blading and infrared added on. It was absolutely perfect. Spa like treatment. My skin looks fantastic and is super smooth Finished with HD brows which are just lovely.... Not too dark and frame my face really well.

Went to see Dona today for the first time, booked via the Fresha app. I had about 6 inch chopped off and face framing feathering plus some subtle layers. The hair wash and head massage was by far the best I’ve had, I felt in heaven. There was no pressure for small talk, it was nice just to spend some time off my phone, in quiet and being pampered, and I walked out feeling great. Thank you so much
