Got my first ever waxing experience today by the lovely maisie, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be don't get me wrong had a few moments and a little sweat on but me and maisie just seem to laugh everything off, she's going to be a massive miss but I wish her all the best for her future successes xxx

First time having my eye package done by Maisie this morning. She was careful to check which colours I wanted for my brows and lashes, and I know that my client notes have the information saved, so that helped a lot. I am used to having my brows threaded (which Maisie doesn’t do at the moment) but she soon had them under control with waxing and tweezers. Very pleased and rebooked my next appointment before I left the salon. Thanks Maisie x

Everything was explained in detail before the treatment was started, it was relaxing and products used were really nice. Skin felt fantastic afterwards.

I always have exceptional service every time I come. The lady at reception is always really polite. I had lost my loyalty card and she has given me a new one stamped with the previous visits on it which no business has to do as it was my own fault for loosing the card in the first place so thank you so much! I always recommend this place to my friends and family. I had an neck, face and Indian head massage and it was amazing. I felt so zen after, thank you again! I apologise that I can’t remember names! Xx
