I went to Millie’s Beauty for the first time today for a build-your-own facial, and it was honestly amazing. I chose dermaplaning, extraction, and a shoulder, neck & scalp massage - the dream combo! Millie is so lovely and friendly, and she made me feel comfortable straight away. She really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and absolutely glowing. I had an excellent appointment with Liza. We had already discussed the colour for my lip blush but Liza took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She mapped out my lips meticulously, making sure everything was perfect. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and topped up numbing cream, as required, although she was so gentle anyway, it wasn’t too painful! She gave me clear aftercare instructions and balm to use. I absolutely love the final result/ colour and I’m excited for my top up, already.

Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.

Had my first ever Indian head massage and facial today and it was absolutely amazing. The whole place felt so calming from the moment I walked in, Adele was fantastic. She made me feel completely relaxed and looked after. I left feeling refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend!
