I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

Outstanding experience with Libby on all three of my visits had facial, massage and nails 5* service. The house of soul is so chilled and beautiful. Also fallen in love with the soul face oil, absolute game changer for maturing sensitive combination skin.

Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.

I had a treatment today that I haven’t had before & it’s all completely new to me. I discussed during my previous Eyebrow appointment my areas of concern & Jen suggested a treatment & explained all the options really putting me at ease. So today was treatment day & Jen’s calming personality, professionalism & friendliness took any worries I may have had away. It’s not often you can say you can go have needles poked in your face, pay for the pleasure & come away as content as you would when you have visited a friend for coffee & a catch up. Thank you Jen, I would recommend all day long

Always smiling friendly n very good at her job

I had the diamond facial, just what my face craved after two weeks in the sun. Millie is friendly and talks you through every step. I felt so relaxed and had minimal downtime from the treatment. Would highly recommend.
