Took my 89 yr old Mum for some treatments and a manicure. Micky and her staff were so kind and sympathetic with her, she thorough enjoyed her few hours being pampered. Her face and her nails look great. Perfect service as always.

I had a holistic facial with Cherie which also included a head, neck and shoulder massage. It was amazing, I really didn't want it to end. I will definitely be booking in again in the near future. There is only one thing that would recommend is that Cherie provides the client with a facial headband to help prevent clients hair going in their face as it did with my hair during my facial once or twice

Always have a good experience and an easygoing few hours with chelsea

My first experience at having my make-up done. I felt very relaxed and it was done beautifully. I would definitely recommend Face First and will be going again.

Amy was very welcoming and attentive. I felt very much at ease after having some very different experiences with prior waxing establishments. The room was bright and clean and Amy had fans to keep it cooler. The waxing was done very efficiently and with care and Amy ensured that I was comfortable and happy periodically. I have extremely sensitive skin, so Amy made sure to give me some aftercare and general skin care tips, as well as a takeaway product to calm my skin. I don't get waxes often, but the next one I book will be with Amy - thank you!

It’s taken a while to find a waxer I feel comfortable with and Amy is just that, so easy to get along with, makes me feel completely relaxed, her waxing style is so much kinder on the skin too, barely feel a thing! I’ve had a plethora of waxes with Amy now and I couldn’t fault any of them! 10/10 would recommend!

Amy has a very calming, professional air about her which certainly helps clients relax before treatments. All treatments were carried out in an unhurried manner, with Amy explaining what would happen at each stage of progress. Aftercare was also fully discussed. The wax saloon room is beautifully appointed, with fresh towels, wipes, bottled water and mints for each client. Highly recommended.
