Always a lovely experience at Luxe Ink, Anna is very professional, welcoming and friendly. She explained the process step by step, ensuring I was comfortable and had an understanding of what was going on. I am delighted with the final result, and will be recommending to friends and family. I've been coming to this waxing shop regularly, and I can't recommend it enough! I always feel super comfortable and relaxed during the process, which really makes a difference. Natalie is amazing – she's not only great at what she does, but also really understanding and accommodating. I had to move my appointment because of a night out I had coming up, and she was so helpful in fitting me in so I could be ready in time. Excellent service every time!
