I had a Hollywood waxing treatment with Sarah and she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel completely at ease from the start – professional, friendly, and really thorough. The treatment was quick and as comfortable as it could be, and Sarah’s attention to detail was spot on. I felt totally looked after and will not go anywhere else from now on. Get my lashes done here all the time but had a facial today (I’ve had facials here before). As a person with brown skin who suffers from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, Louise is the only person I trust touching my face. Every time I’ve ever been anywhere else in the past, I pay for it with damage to my skin because not all qualified beauticians are aware of the different affects that treatments can have on darker skin in comparison to Caucasian skin. The only place I'd go for waxing in the city centre, Ishi is fabulous, she makes sure you're comfortable and that the experience is less painful as possible. The attention to detail in her work is commendable and she's so friendly!

I had my whole face and back neck laser with Nasim and Im obsessed with the result, have no more hair on my face and it increased my confident. Also I never could have my hair up or even a pony tale cause of my baby hairs at the back and they are all gone just after 2 sessions. Im incredibly happy and grateful with Nasim’s job.

My third waxing treatment here. The staff are very professional and friendly. I was nervous at my first appointment but was put at ease. It was surprising how quickly my wax was completed. Highly recommended.

As a 70 year old with poor sight i cant do a lot makeup wise any more so first try at brow lash tint anf face wax. I can now see my eyebrows! This is a game changer for me and i am hugely grateful. Lovely lady patient and kind. No pain waxing. Brilliant experience and I will be back 😃
