My wife really enjoyed the facial by friendly Rhian and was pleased with the feel of her skin afterwards. The tidy up of her eyebrows was not very good and left quite a few stray hairs. I was told that a quick tidy would not be the full cost for a 15 minute tidy so I was disappointed to see that she was charged the full £12.
