I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy. A very relaxing treatment and I look forward to me next one!

I treated myself to a Radiance Facial and WOW — why did I wait so long?! My skin was looking dull, tired, and honestly just blah, and I needed a reset. The whole experience felt like the ultimate self-care moment. The vibe was so calming, and I felt taken care of from the second I walked in. My skin was GLOWING. Like, actually glowing. It looked brighter, smoother, and so fresh. Even my texture looked better, and my face just felt so soft and hydrated. Great treatment with Sinead. It was my first time having lip filler and Sinead made me feel at ease through out the whole process. It wasn’t painful, and the results are stunning, she listened to exactly what I asked for. The salon is very upbeat, welcoming, and a great new addition to Harrogate ❤️
